On November 29, 2023 Bill Bunning, representing Exit By Owner (EBO) came to my house to discuss cancelling my timeshare agreement. At that meeting, he prepared a contract for my signature and I paid him $2,995.00 in anticipation of services to be rendered according to the elements of that contract. On November 30, 2023 I was contacted by Kenny Lambom, via email, stating he was assigned as my case manager. As time passed, I assumed my case was being worked diligently. Over a year later, I had heard nothing from EBO. On July 14, 2025 I emailed the contact address I had for Kenny Lambom stating I would like an update on my case. The next day I received an email from Michael Lowe at Customer Support for EBO. He stated I was do (sic) for a 1 on 1 with a case manager. He supplied the contact number 877-217-8277. Since that time I have left multiple voice messages begging for any contact. To this date, over 2 months later, I have not received a single word regarding my case. This company is a fraudulent sham and should be investigated. Resolution Sought Carry out the action contracted. A full refund (considering the payment was in 2023 dollars.)

Mr Ewing signed a 24 month service agreement with us in Nov 2023. We have sent 7 certified letters to his resort at po box 547b lake harmony, pa 28624, We have all tracking numbers. Our company sends out certified letters, Documents to assist with canceling his timeshare ownership. Section 2 of our state approved contract (Client Duties) States all correspondence received by client from developer will be sent to us within 30 days so we can properly respond. To this date Mr Ewing has not sent one piece of mail from his developer who we have and can show proof terminated about 43 previous owners from since 2018.He is currently marked as non compliant as soon as he is ready to follow the client duties which is vital to release he is ineligible for a refund however should he come back into compliance we will finish his termination.

I have not received any resolution since I signed the contract on October 30, 2021. I paid to get help exiting two of my Timeshare properties at Orange Lake and Summer Bay in Orlando, Florida. I paid $6000 and still have not gotten out of my timeshares. I have been unable to contact the company calling various phone numbers and they are either out of service, busy, or the voicemail box is full is full, Resolution Sought Refund the $6000 or help me Exit the Timeshares.

Ms. Watts last not was from may put in the system by her case (5/17 LM - saying she called the resorts, SB said that Exploria said they dont have an EXIT program or a buyback program, that she should call Exit By Owner - NON-COMPLAINT TOLD RESORT WORKING WITH EBO and get that, as for Orange Lake / Holiday Inn she has not spoke with them yet. Feels like she spent alot of money with us and is not getting anywhere. She will call me Monday)If a client tells a developer they are working with a exit company that not only is a breach of contract but the developer then puts notes that make it harder to terminate and is costly to our company. We are still working on her file however she waived her refund/timeframe numerous times as she was marked as non compliant 4 times by her case manager. We will carry out Mr Watts termination should she choose to come back into compliance.
