Consumer alleges: Exo Energy came to my house claiming to be affiliated with Sunrun. They claimed that Sunrun sent them because I needed ten more solar panels on my home. When I asked them if Sunrun had sent them, they said yes, and I was asked how much I paid a month and that was suspicious how they did not know how much I paid a month. After they left they kept calling me to sign the contract. Once I finally signed the contract they told me to call Edison Company to activate the ten installed panels. Finally, I noticed in my bank statement that Sunrun had charged my account , and also Sunnova Energy had charge my son's account also. Then, immediately, I contacted Sunrun and told them the problem and when I told Sunrun that the company they sent me was charging me twice. The company Sunrun told me they never sent Sunnova to my house. That's when I realized Exo Energy had made a wrong contract and scammed me. Resolution Sought I would like for the contract that I made with Exo Energy to be immediatley terminated and any charges that were charged to my son's account to be refunded. I am in no financial situatin to be paying tow different solar companies.

Company states: That specific customer was completed in 123 days. Which is faster than the industry average. If the customer has a complaint the best thing to do is to call our customer service line. The customer has that number as I see notes on the account saying that we have communicated with her. Using a third party company that has nothing to do with anything that we've done seems like the worst possible solution
