Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Gayle Pobuda is the property manager at this rental company. When coming to her about tenant issues such as noise, or upstairs neighbors stomping between the hours of 10pm-3am she was very dismissive and got tired of me complaining about the issue so she is faking a "remodel" and has ended my tenancy. She is only giving me until 10/15/23 to find a new place to live and as a single mom with low income that's very hard. I reached out to my upstairs neighbors to let them know about the stomping and they said Gayle never reached out to them to let them know I even lived below them, they had no idea and felt awful for the noise and they are SO upset that Gayle is evicting me due to a fake "remodel". Expert Properties is an extremely shady money hungry company who is abusing their tenants finances. I have proof of everything and I am willing to send the proof to whoever need be. Resolution Sought I would like Expert Properties to pay me back every dime I've spent on rent from Feb 2023 to now, which would be around $10k as well as my $1300 security deposit.
