This company put a roof on my house 2021. They cut my j channels on my siding and now my siding is falling off. The money is my deposit 1240., I accidentally put the money in my cashiers check after I paid and then one day Karen came and said if I didn't give 1000 dollars she would send the roofers home. I had already paid the full amount I ask for receipts of the job and the money Karen collected but she never gave any receipts. I'm sure she kept the cash. Also I paid for my shingles to be removed and to get vents in my roof neither of these things happened. Karen Chumley the roof contractor has never called back and I assume refuses to fix my roof. I have not called the parent company but have every communication I had on text with Karen. She said my roof would be fixed also I said I didn't want burnt orange roof I wanted a darker red. Karen said they didn't have the color I wanted so I said I would have to go somewhere else she said oh we have the color you want. Nails was left in my yard and beer cans from the roofers. I was told all would be cleaned every day. Resolution Sought I would like my cash and my roof and siding fixed. I have pics of my roof problems. I would give this company no stars. Bad contractor and poor quality work.

These responses are false, The customer chose the color, she got the required amount and got every receipt. The jay chanel was not cut. Her siding was fine. She was very happy with the work when it was completed.
