I purchase a shipping account with expertswebdesigns for 799.00. I called a few days later I informed them that I already had the program on my computer and that I did not need to buy it from them. I explained that I just needed to activate the account when it was needed and that the account was only 9.99 per month and not what he was charging. Arnold said that he would explain to me what was going on, but he never responded to my text. This was after thanksgiving and I still never heard from him. I called and texted him on November 30th, he said he was busy and would call me within an hour, but he never called back. I called later that day and he never answered my call. I never received anything from Arnold or the shipping company indicated that I had an active account, because I don't have a shipping account with the company. He just scammed me out of my money and is refusing to take my calls or refund my money. Resolution Sought Refund my 799.00.
