I ordered this item and it was confirmed for item number: ftofc12sw 100' ft prbk this item was sent by 59' ft rolls I only receive 1 I've called email left messages on all explicit audio websites and I have not received a return call or anything I would like the item I didn't receive or a refund equals to 1 - 59' ft roll Resolution Sought Receive item or refund equals to 1 - 50' ft roll

This has been resolved with the customer and he was supposed to remove this. He didn't actually measure the wire. We use the same spool/label for (2) 100ft options and (1) 50ft options and just put a "check" next to which one it applies to. He didn't read the check, just saw the 50ft and assumed. Please remove this.
