Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

On 11/17 I contacted Explore Credit to get a payoff amount. Received a text from them stating my payoff amount was $610.53. Again on 12/25 I asked again, I received a text from them stating payoff was $188.62. They took payments out of my account on 12/26-01/02 of amounts of $153.68 both dates totally $307.36. I contacted them today asking why the overcharge, . Now they are trying to tell me I still owe $2782.78 not including the $118.74 overcharge. I have been charged over 350 interest and now they are saying it will cost me over $10,000 for a $1,000 loan. I have confirmed text from them on two different dates. They are trying to cheat me and steal from me over $2900. Please help me Resolution Sought This account needs to be marked as paid in full and the extra $118.62 they took needs to be refunded to me. The extra money they have taken in error has made my bank account go over and I have been charged overdrafts
