I am genuinely struggling to get out of this agreement with Exploria Resorts, and the situation has become a major source of stress and financial burden. Specifically, I have not been able to confidently use the property at Summer Bay Orlando since the sinkhole incident occurred back in 2013, and I honestly fear for my safety if I were to visit. Despite the property being essentially unusable for me, I continue to pay the associated fees. I have reached out to Exploria Resorts to find a clear solution or path to exit my timeshare, but they have not provided a definitive answer or a resolution that addresses the ongoing safety concerns and the fact that I cannot use what I am paying for. The stress and financial burden of paying for a property I cannot use, and for which I fear, has become overwhelming. I am hopeful that with your intervention, we can find a fair and clear way for me to exit this timeshare agreement. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this matter. Exploria's sales representatives employed unethical practices to pressure us into signing their contract. We were subjected to fraudulent claims, bait-and-switch tactics, and outright misrepresentations of what we were purchasing. Exploria repeatedly directed us to the rigid language of the contract we were manipulated into signing, without hearing the many issues we have tried to bring to their attention. We have made numerous attempts to resolve our issues with Exploria but we are dismissed every time. Despite reaching out to representatives and voicing our disappointment and concerns—including the burden this contract may place upon our children, and our children's children—we have been ignored. Exploria's unwillingness to offer any resolution shows a complete lack of accountability and human decency. Exploria's business practices are not only unethical but, in my opinion, predatory. This has led me to report their actions to the Better Business Bureau, my state attorney general, and share my experience on public platforms like Google Reviews to warn others about the lies and headaches we have been forced to endure. You’ve received several emails from us. You know who we are and why we’re now forced to file complaints. It’s time to address this directly. Ignoring or hiding from a complaint that will soon be public knowledge is unacceptable. You need to show some transparency here. Email us the cancellation documents from your Consumer Affairs email immediately. Enough delays. It’s time to resolve this and bring our experience to light.
