I booked a trip my daughter was taking with her school to Greece. This trip also included a cruise. I specifically asked if the vaccination was required and was told it wasn't. I also specifically asked about which cruise this was and was told that the cruise or the ship had not been chosen, they didn't even know the cruiseline it would be. I found this very odd as they had the departure date and the ports of calls along with their dates in the itinerary. As a travel agent myself I know they can't have all of this information unless the cruise has been chosen as cruiseline itineraries are done a year or more in advance. I'm now told the cruiseline is requiring for all passengers to be vaccinated. I never would of booked this had I been told upfront that a vaccination would be required. I was assured it was not a requirement and it's still not a requirement for entering Greece but is for this trip because of the cruise portion. This is a breach of contract on Exploricas part and legally requires them to issue a full refund being that the requirements have changed from the time of booking. As a travel agent I have personally dealt with a lot of changes in the travel business due to Covid and all major travel industries (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, ect.) have issued full refund when Covid requirements have changed. I asked to speak to a manager with Explorica and was told a manager would call me back. Several days later Jose Lopez from Explorica called and said he was a m Resolution Sought A full refund
