I have a car from Express Auto. And I'm one weekly pay behind. And I think that it is unfair for them to reprocessed my car because of the one week behind payment. I think it is unfair and put me in hardship to get back and forth to work. Resolution Sought To help me get my car back and look into there policy of high risk.

Dec 23,2018 tow truck DRAGGED my 4×4 over 60ft in park , wrapped seatbelt around the steering wheel to hold it , while pulling the truck the front wheels could turn. Driver's help pushed me away from truck, I couldn't get my Driver's license or Work badge. I Got Fired from job. No truck for 3wks / MY VEHICLE WAS NOT UP FOR REPOSSESSION/ They called me in Jan 2019 asking for a payment - I tell them the truck was there for last 3wks- I pay to get it, needs jump, steering pulls left onto coming traffic-they do something & still problems THEY SAY IT'S MY FAULT. I say "let's go to court". Got tired of waiting, need my truck fixed or my money back ... Resolution Sought If I broke the agreement they take the truck back & I lose anything & everything invested ... The Business can Give My Money Back, everyone knows you DON'T drag a 4×4 w/ transfer box !!! "Watch the Video made w/ My Phone" 2 Days Before Christmas !!! Driver made a statement...
