So since the 1st time I went to the garage that the dealership uses to have work done for their customers my car has been falling apart piece by piece. They said to me and my girlfriend that "they are not affiliated" with the garage who does their work for them. The garage name is 1st choice auto located in endicott new york. One major issue is we feel the dealership is flat out screwing us for our money. The warranty doesn't make sense, and they have given me attitude when directly sharing my concerns. Things that are currently wrong with my car they should have fixed prior to me having bought the car. The parts are original. Our understanding was that cars MUST be checked by dealerships before a sale can be made. This was not done with this car there is no way in hell. My transmission may have died and they're supposed to cover that in their customers cars thru the life of the loan and/or the car payment. They are not fulfilling this. It does not feel like it what so ever. We need help this is NOT FAIR! Resolution Sought All we want is for us to stop being lied to by the dealership and the auto shops out here who seem to be screwing people because covid put people behind so now everybody is a scheming scumbag trying to make a buck by being very dishonest. Im paying on a car the dealership won't lift a finger to help with. Something is wrong. Very wrong in the binghamton area.
