On 05/05/2022 I spoke with Angelo and made a down payment of 1500.00 and deferred 500.00 for 30 days due at the agreed upon and signed date by both parties of 06/06/2022, of which I was mailed several pieces of paperwork about their ignition interrupt device installed late payments etc all showing that date , on Thursday 06/02/2022 I called express auto credit no one answered I left a message about issues I was experiencing with the vehicle within 30 days of taking possession of and on a work trip to Syracuse NY over and hour away from home, I received a call the next morning and was immediately disgusted with how unfriendly the representative Nicole from express auto credit was , she demanded I take or have towed at my expense the vehicle to a shop In Syracuse , I asked if she would have a loaner or rental brought to us and she said no I had to find a rental or substitute in my own and submit the receipt for reimbursement only after arguing back and forth for a good half hour and I refused to be stuck on the sidewalk in the hot sun she knew I had to check out of my hotel room in an HR and did not care if my wife and I and our service dog cooked In The hot sun all day long she harassed me several times on the day my father in law passed away to the point where my wife lost her patience and told her if she did not help us we would sue the business, Nicole continued to harass us until convincing m she was going to help and took possession of vehicle today, 06/06/2022. Resolution Sought She has switched billing dates to cover her own self interest and lied to us, she has attempted to take my hard earned money and walk with it and the car and my personal property within it which was left in it as a sign of good faith but attempting to get me to sign a document absolving her business of legal responsibility for this vehicle and it's condition is wrong. I refuse to, I want a replacement NOW or my property and money back OR I AM SUING FOR THAT AND LOST WAGES, PAIN AND SUFFERIN.
