Customer Complaint

Broke bed while moving. Refuses to give itemized bill. The flooring was done horribly, floorboard sticking up wasn't glued properly flooring was cut awfully. After 2 weeks of trying to get hold of the manager finally came back but still having floorboards coming up. Customer service was awful had a manager scream and yell and argue with me rather than accept a complaint. Customer service hung up on us on managers completely and utterly unavailable avoiding conversation about complaints about getting things fixed. Managers extremely rude argumentative ignoring phone calls ignoring text messages avoiding conversation and caught lying to customer. I regret getting my floor done by them. After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone finally able to get them to come back fixed and tried to do a better job still unprofessional looking at boards coming up after they had to come back. I will never recommend them to anyone. Moved to bed put it back together broke almost killed one of our dogs under it. Left primer outside open dog got into and it was completely covered head to toe in it. Uncaring. Resolution Sought I wanted my floors done professionally eventually came back to fix still having floor spots coming up not as much as before. Emailed manager still haven't heard from him. Given 200$ discount not enough to compensate.
