Every time I come into this store the owner is rude. I've even heard him tell customers " he doesn't need their business". This store sells Vape products and every time I've purchased one it is no good. Any other store will allow replacement if you haven't left the store, they even ask for you to try the product before leaving to ensure it works. Not this store. They take your money, sell you products that do not work and are rude. I have never asked for my money returned only for a product that works. They have never replaced the inadequate products either. Resolution Sought Allow customers to exchange the product for a working product if they haven't even left the store. Vape products are known to be faulty, hence the allowed exchange policy most stores have in place regardless of the no exchange for tobacco rule.
