My house was caught on fire on July 4 2020, around 11pm While I was vulnerable crying with my family, the contractor express restoration's president who's name is Robert Turner came to me that night and I believe he's in contact with the fire department. He told me and my family not to worry, and he will repair my house once I hire him through my insurance company nationwide. I eventually accepted to hire him. My family and I stayed at the hotel then a rental house provided by my insurance. At that moment we have to go to a public adjuster to get the insurance approve all the repairs they have denied. All these processes took 6 months and they finally approved the major repairs in November 2021. Once my contractor Robert got the answer from the public adjuster, he told me that they 're ready to go now, and my house will be ready in 2 months. Since then nothing. My house was closed for more than7 months with no activities. Every time he pick my calls all he says to me is not to worry my house will be ready soon. I gave him all the money the insurance company paid but nothing good is done to my house until my insurance coverage ends after 2 years, on July 4 2022. They stressed me and my family out a lot. We cried too much. When my insurance coverage ended after 2 years, and the house still not repaired my family and I have to move out from the rental house to a hotel. It's 5 people in total in my family. I have to pay for the hotel before the house becomes partially ready. Resolution Sought To finish the work in my house, the ceilings are cracked, walls need paint, the garage floor is messed up, the dishwasher need to be done, pay me and family hotel money. They told me I don't have to pay the public adjuster but now they denied it. All because they failed to do their job on time, and the insurance withheld the depreciation money. I want the contractor to recognize what he puts me and my family through and pay for what he owes. They make me cry a lot. Too stressful for me.

There were several issues with this company. The only two I want resolved is a broken window and screen and the front and back yard the way it was before our fire. There is glass,rocks sand and so many other items in our yard and the company said they used the money for another project that was t approved by us for the yard work. Resolution Sought I would like my yard in the condition it was before the fire and what they were paid to do.
