Deceptive, inefficient and time wasting

Somehow this company got the TRICARE (military family) account. They hide behind TRICARE policy for every screw up they do on billing. They never take responsibility and change their story every time they are called. They provided their 800 number for resolution of matters at an executive level. That's a general number that reaches absolutely nobody. Their accounts receivable and returns departments are a shambles. Shameless, feckless company.

Worst prescription insurance ever!

I absolutely can't stand Express Scripts! I've been on 5 medications for 10+ years and every month there is a problem with filling atleast one if not more. Customer service is no help & they are very rude to speak with. I just had my sleeping medication filled last month & now all of a sudden they need a prior authorization. Makes no sense at all! All I get is the run around when I call. So frustrated!
