My complaint is I received a check for $43.72 from Express service protection LLC and Southlake Texas it is a plain letter VSC constellation reduns contract MTR ep720310 I don't understand what they did. I was charged $250.00 for Auto protection plan, with auto armour . I canceled in time, they went out a business then they transferred to The matrix Auto then matrix finally gave me the insurance company and now I'm receiving a check I that's supposed to be my refund of $43.72??? that is not the amount I was charged and paid with my credit card back in 2021 help help Resolution Sought Received a check for $43.72 with no explanation of how the came to that amount vs $250.00.
