Both of these companies scammed me out of 5850.00 all together. Miles aussie pups received 3,500 for the total purchase and crate for travel of the puppy and express air pets received the remainder for flight insurance they said. But it was not disclosed to me that all the extra fees were added the puppy was listed on the website for 650.00 total but I received a call each time a charge was needed. After I sent them all this money they called again to request another 3,000 and I cancelled the order. Express airpets told me it was non refundable. Even though it didn't state that in any emails of non refundable. So I'm out almost 6000.00 and no rely from either company except rude emails and text messages telling me tough luck Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my purchase from both companies. I have proof that I was scammed and I would like my money back. Please make this possible even a portion of it and I would like milesaussiepups.com to be fined or not allowed to operate because he will continue to scam people.
