Was initially offered a vehicle for set price. Was pulled when we went to finalize sell and offered an older vehicle in need of repairs. Was promised repairs to be completed in 2 weeks along with an interior and exterior detailing. They had the car nearly 3 months. The work is not completed. None of it. The car was returned on an empty tank of gas when it was dropped off full. Also got a bill for repair when it wasn't repaired and the cost was on them. Repeated inquiries were ignored and no information given. I have contacted everyone up through regional management without any feedback or help. Resolution Sought Fix the issue as mentioned in the sale, total detail of exterior and interior along with refilling the gas tank where it was when dropped off. An extra gas card with car wash coupons would be a nice addition for the time, frustration and issues caused by their negligence.
