Dear Sir. During big surgery I got in my Knee & my wife 2 surgery's as my elder son 11 Y/O had Big surgery in Tufts Children's Hospital after that we got Corona all in my house hold She bought from Home Depot, after that she received survey in her e-mail & told me nothing..We start receiving items a watch glasses so I call the company they are sending the items & told them your sending me by wrong items I never ordered they said that's weird you don't have any account neither your wife. I ignore it & put all item in side & never thought that they are charging my or my wife's Debit card, until I was checking my bank account to se if we got the Tax refund when I see 2 payments investigate my loss I call my bank Salem Coop & they told said since December 2020 they are charging your wife's card, so we cancel the card & Dispute department Refund me back 5 payments total of $512.00. I call the Fraud company they told me your wife accept to be charged every month because there is very small box in the bottom she supposed to checked it to not receive any more item's. I said you don't have the right to to this after a survey & this is a Fraud & I will complaint you they said do whatever you want we will not refund you even if you return all the items. This company are abusing people cheating them by survey that you will win very cheap watch. Please I need your help since 1 year I'm on unemployment & they are stealing my money that I need to pay rent & food for my Resolution Sought I need full refund from them & I'm ready to send them whatever I received from them. They supposed to feel shameful that they are abusing the acknowledge of the people by putting with very small latter's the rules & cheating them by very bad quality watch even Dollar tree watches are better then their products. Please I need to report this fraud company & I'm asking your help to return back my kids money
