Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stayed here for a few days and would've stayed longer, had it not been for the awful general manager, who took it upon himself to pound on my door after I worked all night on third shift at DHL to tell me that trash was not allowed in the hallway which I had never been told that before. He then removed us from our room,that we had previously paid for that morning,trespassed us and called the police. He tried to press charges on me for terroristic threats??? I never said anything to him to that caliber. Imagine having a stranger at your door and you're in your skinnies and he's yelling at you through the door and using his manager key card to try to come in the room? To do what!? What an absolute nightmare ! Resolution Sought Refund and removal of the RGM from his position and removal of my do no rent placement.
