I've chosen to stay at the Extended Stay America over other hotel's b cause of the good rates. This particularly one I've been in for the last close to a week about 6 day's On 46001 Water view Plaza Sterling,VA 20166 I've experienced "Lump's" what appears to be "Bedbugs"Bites!!! Which is knot uncommon!!I've Complained To The GM Here !First I thought it was mosquitos! Then I realized it wasn't so I tried to video record the bugs on the bed I was sleeping on but it's hard to see those type of bugs. So I let the GM know She was "nonchalant"about it &brush the situation off!!She did change my room though Now it can b a plethora of things how "Bedbugs" come about. So ask Her if there are "Bedbugs"in the room I was sleeping in! What makes you think there knot going to be in the next room?!!Now I don't Have a lot of Money I'm struggling to make ends meet!! Can someone in this Department Help me please?Or contact Corporate office of this Extended Stay America?I really don't Have money ?? to move around from Hotel to Hotel!!!Thank You Have A Blessed & Prosperous Day!! Resolution Sought My Desire outcome is to See if they can accommodate me for a couple of days for the problem Please?! One last thing, I've shown the GM &Staff the bite Marks!!
