I sent a lot of emails I want a refund a two nights at another hotel to compensate for my bad experience. I have proof of unhealthy environment and rooms and it can go beyond accommodation this is laws not to give people rooms that are unsafe or have roaches stuff like that. Resolution Sought Full refund and the two nights complimentary for me to have a good experience. And at least feel like I was left happy with something . Right now I'm mad and feel annoyed with the outcome.
