Owner Nakia Davis went into a contract with me in February 2021 to install a blk chainlink fence around the perimeter of my house including 3 gates. He requested that I would pay him $2k upfront to secure my spot in his schedule and also he would get the materials and at the end of the job I would have to pay him another $2k totaling $4k for the entire job materials included. Nakia Davis of E H S also gave me a contract to install my special order vinyl privacy fence for the amount of $500.00 and I would be responsible for the materials. My chainlink fence job was due to start March 15, and he was a no show. Nakia Davis of E H S did not show up and start my job until April 12, 2021 and at that time he only showed up with the line poles only. I asked him where was all the other materials that he stated that he had purchased and he said that they were set aside for him at Lowes. I than asked him to please bring me all my materials and I would store them myself. He than return on April 17, and installed more line post and still no fencing matting. May 1, he returned and only 3 rolls of chainlink, he than left and the next time he returned was on May 13 and he started trying to work on the privacy fence and I asked him not to and to finish the job he started with the chainlink. The next day when I was at work he placed 23 of my privacy fence poles incorrect and after that I never saw him again.He stop answering my calls and text. May 27 was my last time trying reach him Resolution Sought I would like this event to be recorded and go on record with the BCA to warn other consumers not to do business with Nakia Davis of Extensive Home Solutions and if I am entitled to take any other legal actions against him.
