Inspect their meat. On the regular basis and make sure they are not selling the community bad meat.

It is not about the money. I brought some cut up chicken from there. I got home and we had it off and seasoned it. I put it in the oven for long enough for it to bake. When I started to eat it. I could not bite into it. I looked and saw some of the meat was real dark under the skin. It was like rubber. I actually couldn't bite into 99 of it. I could not believe it. The meat appeared to be very old. This is not the first time. I brought meat from them a few years ago. It always seems like if you don't cook it right away, it will go bad. I believe they are selling old and bad meat to the community in the poor section if Jersey City, NJ.
