I have ordered my pool with Patrick Mike Savage On 10/10/2020, in which he have came to my home with another man. I sincerely informed him on the needs and wants of my pool. He showed pictures of his work and recent pool installations. First step order pool: he cashed my check 8,945, which was to order the pool. He explained the break down cost of the pool and installation, expected 6-8 weeks to receive the pool. I never received the pool. He never initiated any follow up calls or informed me of anything. Until I outreached him several times, to inquire of my whereabouts of my expected pool. He never answered my calls. Left several messages, When he did respond to my text messages it was always days/weeks later with excuses. For examples My dog is sick, my family member is sick. As of today I see on his site the reviews of this company and how he Scamed not only myself but others too. He advised me he would give a refund of my money via a text message however. Has not provided me a refund and will not respond back to my outreaches in regards to getting my money back. Resolution Sought I would like an complete refund for what I paid for.
