This company installed a new roof and new 6" seamless gutters with gutter helmet on my home in April 2021. I paid in full upon completion of the job. The 6" gutter have many, many leaks in them and I have contacted this company at least four times for correction of these defective gutters. I even had my attorney contact them, they promised to correct the defective gutters. I even gave Extreme Roofing my daily schedule I would be home for them to come and correct. They have NOT corrected these $2,100.00 gutters yet. I need HELP> Resolution Sought Replace ALL the gutters they installed on my home in April 2021 with the helmet.

Company states as of now the matter has been addressed, they are waiting for it to rain to see if there are any issues. They have been in communication with the consumer through this whole process and have been out on 3 different occasions. Each time they go out they have to work around the consumer's schedule as he needs to be present. The gutters are the correct size and have been installed correctly.

Jody is a great guy and his company finally came to my home on Sept 9th and did work on the leaking gutters. But when it rained, I think the next day, I still have leaks. I videoed the leaks for Jody to view. Meaning: I continue to have leaking gutters.
