Defective / Damaged Item: -We ordered specific finish and received confirmation the finish was available. -Was lied to and informed that equipment was being powered coated numerous times. -We received High Gloss Metallic Black -Multiple Scuffs -Chipped Paint -Rust in holes -End caps were popped off and had to be hammered back in. -Delays in shipping item out. Resolution Sought I am looking for a replacement item to be sent out the way I ordered it or some sort of Financial compensation to rectify this "not a store credit" whether it be reimbursed product cost, reimbursed shipping cost or a percentage off the order.
