I got a refund but from them to get better customer service and better way of handling things as well stop overcharging & fix their false advertising.

False Advertisement! Went into store with my Ohio EBT card and purchased 2 BlueRasberry Body Armor Drinks (28 fluid oz) was charged $7.27 when it was advertised as 2/$5. When I approached the store employee in a calm manner stating I had been overcharged for the drinks he went back to ensure I was correct ( which I was) and he called him GM! ( Simple mistake I understand but when I was told he'd refund me the cents between the $6.38 to $7.27 I refused and claimed I wanted a full refund because not only was it false Advertisement but it was also being charged taxes on an Ohio food stamp card. After it causing a big scene not because of me but other customer coming in making smart remarks to me over $2.27 he finally called his GM back and she stated either i take the cash refund or the law was gonna be called. I took the cash refund (which is illegal to refund cash rather then being put back on my food card) illegal charging of taxes for food stamps recipients on all food purchases as well as false Advertisement and poor customer service. After stating I'd take the refund and the GPS phone number I got told he was the assistant manager. Left with number and a very bad impression on this business. Went directly down the street and got the exact same drinks as advertised 2/$4 actually total came to $4.29 for tax but where I used EBT CARD total was $4 even. Have receipts from both purchases as well if needed. And illegally charging food stamp recipients taxes & fix their false
