Bought a 1 year warranty for my glasses in September of 2024 my dogs got ahold of my glasses for the 2nd time, took them in this morning and Peggy told me I had the wrong glasses witch was totally wrong. She insinuating I was lying and was told there was nothing they could do. And the glasses I bought was from 2023, I had both pares the ones from 23 and 24 was waring the ones from 2023. The manager that was there was one 1? I dealt with when I took them the last time and I made the comment that these did not fit right sge told me now was the time to pick another frame and I did, It seems to me someone never did there job. I have gone to Walmart and ordered a new par today witch is costing me over 200. Dollars. I do not think it is far that I have to put this money out when they won't honor there warranty. I will never go to this place again. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for the new glasses I had to order.
