I have be a customer of eyemart express since 2004. I am a regular customer my safety glasses and regular glasses yearly. September 2022 got a pair of glasses, October of this year the frame broke and they were out of Warranty. I got new I exam from Dr Jones located in eyemart and then got prescription filled at eyemart. When finished I could not see they preceeded to lower no line and make new lenses. I received those glasses and my vision was blurry in left eye and never corrected them. Today I went to eyemart and my lenses had slight chips on both lenses and they said no warranty on file and I would have to pay again for new lenses. I an not comfortable going back to Dr Jones for reexamine due to the way he treated me before. I have contacted management in Jefferson city with no response. I am force to spend more money on glasses out of my pocket insurance doesn't cover their mistakes Resolution Sought I want full refund from eyemart so I can purchase new glasses so I can see. I live 100 miles away round trip and have made 4 trips to them on my expenses for gad and time back and forth.
