I don't think over all they had my best interest. If looks could kill!

On Nov.7, 2019 at approximately 1:15 pm. I had an eye appointment with the above business. A tech name Lashonda was being disrespectful towards me and being loud. He stated you have a $25.00 co -pay. So I asked for another tech. I'll pay after the services. Tech. Melisa performed the eye test and dilated my left eye only. Dr. Menance did the other testing. His assistant escorted me to the refracting test room. Tech Cade started the retracting test. He then asked me to take my hat off. By it being a cold, raining day, I didn't want to. So he asked me to turn the hat around backwards. So he could complete the test, I did. Then he told me to move my head over, I guess I didn't do it fast enough and he got angry. Abuse: took his hand and pressed the right side of my head over. All the while I'm trying to view his assistant sitting in front of my purse. My intuition told me she was going to take something out of it. He (shook his head) made a gesture for her not to. She then went to another computer and the exam was completed. I checked out and went to surgery department to file my complaint. However the surgeon wasn't available so I advised Amanda I would be sending Dr. GA letter.
