Regarding my AI meta eyeglasses: Order# 930041 I declined the repair after the quote changed from $50 to $195 and paid for their return shipment. Despite payment and multiple inquiries, I have not received a tracking number. Automated responses are unhelpful, instructing me to send the device, which contradicts my request for its return. I have urgently request human assistance to provide a status update and the return tracking information left my contact information with their AI. TO THIS DAY NO RESPONSE. COMPANY IS A FRAUD Resolution Sought Return my original glasses if their lost provide the same AI glasses gen 1 immediately or the retail price for $400 that I originally paid.
