I had them do some work for me and I had to have them come back on numerous occasions at least six times because things kept falling off coming down it wasn't upright or they didn't finish the job. It was always something then they did some work to the outside of my house fix gutters and facia on the house but the first big rain it come down again so I would like the job done correctly or part of my money back if not all they guarantee they were warranty of one year so if I could get some help, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you, James Resolution Sought I would like them to come out and repair it the correct way not have asset or my money back so I can get someone to repair the correct way one or the other please help James I need a number JF I need the price to put in the form he gave you a copy to copies 16,890

I just read an email from you that said you have asked us to respond back about a complaint for James Thompson #990427751 twice. I have never heard of your company. I thought you were just advertising a business. Prior, I probably thought the same thing. But I opened it today and the complaint stood out. I tried going into your website to address it. I cannot find a resolution center to respond to it. I could only find where to file a complaint. I also called, but you are in a different time zone and were closed. Mr. Thompson complained to us that his 30-foot gutter won't stay up. Nowhere on the contract are gutters mentioned. We did try to hang it up for him, but it is so old it won't stay up. We offered to buy him a gutter and hang it at no charge to him. This is a courtesy. We asked him to wait till the weather got nicer. I tried calling him and the voicemail was always full. Also, he would never answer the phone. He is also mean. I feel that if we offer to do something free of charge, he can work with us and be nice. I can send you a copy of the contract. I will get ahold of Kyle and have him buy a gutter and hang it up. I will try calling him first and if he doesn't answer I will tell Kyle to just go ahead and do it.

The company contacted me on04/29/2026 and said that the company will be out to take measurements to replace the gutters on the house. Still I haven't heard anything from the company since. No call or no showing up at the house. I still haven't heard anything from them as of 05 /07/2026.

According to records technician went out on 5/7/26 and took measurements, ordered the gutter and it will be delivered in the next 2 days and be placed on as soon as possible.
