Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a transmission from EZ auto parts , was told it was available ordered January 25 they said it was being delivered by AAA COOPER TRANSPORTATION , i c a ll AAA Was informed shipment was never received, was told an investigation would be done transmission still missing, EZ told me that they would send another one, it's been a month later still no transmission requested a refund,now no answer from them, still no transmission. paid $600 for transmission $200 for delivery, would like a refund of monies spent. Resolution Sought Give me a refund of my money spent will get tran. From another source.
