Wife took our truck for a oil change, she drove it for awhile, and the engine started knocking, I checked the oil and it was low, so I added more oil, and this went on for about 2 or 3 weeks, I finally took the truck to a mechanic, and he found that the oil filter was really loose. And running it out of oil so many times, has ruined our engine. And Grease Monkey don't want to make it good. I had a lawyer send them a letter, but they want respond. Resolution Sought I would like for them to pay for the damages they caused.
