Bought a chrome book on the basis of their policy "everything is tested, must be shown at 75 percent battery or more to be sold to the store for re-sell" If that is their policy then they broke their own policy to sell me a Chromebook that will not charge past 5 percent even after buying a charger specifically FOR the Chromebook as the one they provided was for a Motorola phone, AND the battery was faulty and ruined as well. "which, by the way, presents a large electrical fire potential. They refused to even so much as give me 10 bucks back for a faulty equipment sale. Manager butted in to say specifcally "if you can charge it to 75 percent or more we'll look at it and make an offer" After mentioning the problem presented he refused to even listen to me about the state it was sold to me in versus their requirements. Which tells me an employee went against store policy and they stuck it on me, KNOWINGLY. Originally I would have been fine with 10 of the 60 back if they would have just admitted fault. Resolution Sought Refund me in full 60 dollars plus 10 for the gas it took for the wasted trip to the store since I drove an hour to be told to F off basically.
