I contracted this company Nov 5,2021 to do a roofing job... They came out gave a estimate with a start date took my deposit and I haven't heard from the since Resolution Sought Get my full deposit refunded

Mr.Williams is the person who originally signed the contract with EZ Roof And Home Solutions. Our contracts DO NOT have start dates or end dates on them due to variable factors such as weather & availability, therefore, a specific start date was never established with Mr.Williams. The weather has to be above 40 degrees for 24-48 consecutive hours in order for us to properly install the roof and for our manufacturer to warranty our work, which we informed him of. We informed and updated Mr.Williams as the weather and time progressed and we have several email and message exchanges from our office to him. Furthermore, as a courtesy, after Mr.Williams signed the contract, EZ Roof went out to his property and replaced missing shingles on the roof for no charge. We have been in contact with Mr.Williams & Ms.Williams(Ms.Priah) letting them know all of the above. EZ Roof also informed them, and it is on the contract they signed as well, that if they did want to cancel, it would be 15% less the total contract price plus the $300.00 service repair fee for fixing the shingles prior to us starting their project.
