Mr Mohammad filed my taxes in the most unprofessional and lowziest way. Didn't ask me any questions and just put whatever he felt the need. Also while I was there they filed ones taxes without a valid i.d. then pointed the blame bc of what I was wearing on the Google review. Didn't ask me to check over any of my information before sending it in I didn't even get to agree to the amount of my refund before it was sent in Resolution Sought To not pay them for filing my taxes.

Company states: The complaint has many false accusations. How could we file her taxes if we didn't ask any questios? She signed all her paperwork acknowledging service was received. As a courtesy, we provided service without accepting payment in advance and she was advised she could pay us after she received her tax refund. Her payment automatically came out of her refund. This customer has already received her tax refund. And she did not get audited. There is not refund due.
