On April 22, 2021 I purchased a package deal from EZ TINT & CAR SALON, 9214 N HYALEAH RD, TAMPA, FL. 33617on their website, eztint.com, to have 5 windows tinted on my vehicle. An appointment was set for 2pm the following day. I made the hour long drive to the shop and was told "the guy that does the tint went home, he cant do it today". I asked when he'd be back and wasnt given a clear answer. The man at the counter said hed have someone call me. To date I haven't received one call from them. Ive called and emailed the shop owner numerous times to no avail. They wont tell me who I need to speak with when I call. Im only told "nobody is here"! Ive also been told that the person listed as owner of EZ Tint on sunbiz.org, HISHAM ALSHARABATI , is NOT the owner of the business. The business is part of THE DISCOUNT TIRE STORE located at the same address. I cannot get anyone at this business to help me resolve this issue. I've been told, very rudely, by whoever answers the phone they would refund the money but they haven't. Now when I call Im put on an infinite hold. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund plus interest.
