We ordered two windows from this company back in September 9, 2023. We were given a 10 week turn around so around December 2023. We gave a deposit which we paid with a check. We have an invoice. We have been texting, calling and emailing constant. We were told back in January they are still delayed. Spoke to him two weeks ago and he said again delayed. Asked him last week for a refund because he could give no date of when we would get these two windows. He told me last week if they are not delivered by Monday he would refund us. He stopped responding to all communications from us. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded. I am at the point where I feel he is not honest, we need to order windows and cannot without getting this deposit back because we cannot afford to shell out another $600 again, and we have to replace our windows for insurance purposes.
