Why a are they charging 467.7 on cash loans to their customers without full transparency for the total loan amount of $3435.60 for term/extensions of 9 month of payments of $1412.04 each month with 3 different loans. Requesting information reason why do they not excepted visa or master card payments which this could have pay off her loan with a credit interest rate at 26 and a minimum payment of $65 each month to the credit card company. Ez Pawn managers Sarah is being told to tell their customers that they don't except credit card payments and only cash when there is loan amount owed, to EZ Pawn that is against IL Law which this is not true. I Ruben will file a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau, USA gov, IL commerce commission, City of Chicago, City of Berwyn, Office of IL Attorney General, Federal Trade commission.
