Ezzpools.com has not been in contact with me since I placed my order. They have Texas address with a phone number that hangs up as soon as its diald. They are never available on chat and do not respond to emails. Its been 11 days and I do not have a tracking number or order status. When you search ezzpools.com things come up asking if its a scam. I feel like I was scammed out of 874.00 the company says they are in TX but a Chinese Company is on my recipt HuaFeng Ting International and they also sent confirmation from Shenlantiadong. Its scary to think that you cant even make purchases without fear of it not being a legit website. Luckily I paid through Paypal and they got my money back. Please conduct a thorough investigation to ensure this is a real business so they do not rip anyone else off of their hard earned money. Resolution Sought If they are a legitimate company, they should improve their customer service by being available to return messages and chats and update their information so customers can get in touch with you. If conducting business in TX consider getting a U.S supplier so customers don't have to wait so long for their purchase without any status or tracking information. At least reply and let customers know you got their messages when you cant resolve their issues right away.

After we get the order, we send a detailed order confirmation email. We may be in a rest when you call, so we didn't reply to you in time. But in email and chat, we will all reply in time. Order status update, we have sent email to confirm the delivery time. If you don't accept the delivery time, we will refund your money. I don't know why you said that, but we will confirm with you about the order. I doubt you are not a real customer and I have not found your order.
