This place is a damn joke. I will not even being wearing the items that I purchased from this place. You should NEVER make an account with this place because you will be charged $59.95 a month for a VIP membership that you don't even sign up for. I realize that VIP gets discounts but I would never agree to pay 60 a month for those discounts. This place should be shut down Resolution Sought Close their doors

Following a review of our records, Fabletics identified multiple customer accounts associated with Ms. South's activity, each tied to different email addresses. The account relevant to this complaint (Customer ID 1026914105) was created on December 5, 2024. Ms. South's enrollment into the Fabletics membership program for this account did not occur until September 17, 2025. At the time of enrollment, Fabletics' membership terms of service were clearly disclosed throughout the site, including during checkout. Our records confirm that Ms. South affirmatively agreed to the terms of service on September 17, 2025, at 12:36 p.m. PST. Fabletics offers a flexible membership program that allows members to skip monthly charges if action is taken within the designated timeframe. Because no skip request was initiated for October 2025, a standard member credit charge was applied in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Ms. South contacted Fabletics on October 29, 2025, requesting assistance. During that interaction, the membership charge in the amount of $59.95 was refunded in full (Transaction Confirmation 2156545755), and the account was closed at her request. Our records further reflect that Ms. South independently accessed her account on November 19, 2025, at which time the account status reflected the completed closure. We regret any perceived delay in correspondence related to the holiday season. We trust that the refund and closure of the membership have fully addressed this matter and appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification.
