they said I had a vip membership which I had never authorized.

Ordered one time in April, and then the 10th of October I had money taken out of my account. When I called they said I had a vip membership which I had never authorized. When asking him to refund he was hesitant and kept repeating that I had gotten the membership. Did not offer to refund until I said I would report to better business and I'm afraid that they are doing this to more people and stealing hard earned money from people.
