Kenneth was informed of one of his technicians roaming around my house when he had strict instructions where to measure for new window treatments. Instead, he comes up to my bedroom and opens up my door while I was changing clothes, was mortified. Kenneth doesn't think this is a big deal. He has yet to return my phone calls. So, I made a review on Yelp,the BBB and now here. They are a vendor for the Home Depot off of Quebec in Denver, CO. I made the appointment with them. Once I made the complaint to Home Depot they quickly passed the buck. I'll never recommend this company who allows predators to work for them. Resolution Sought I would like to file a claim against their liability insurance or they will be served.
