I canceled my Trial order as they were having delivery problems and heard others were also. I noticed my credit card was recenting charged by them even though I canceled months ago. I called and they said they would deactivate and refund my money. I asked for manager because obviously my card was still in their system and I wanted it deleted. I was put on hold indefinitely. Resolution Sought Proof my info removed from their system and all my money refunded.

I few weeks ago I made an account with Factor 75. I put my card info and began browsing. I never made a final decision on what I wanted to order. Today I noticed there was a charge on my card for $79. It turns out they are a subscription service and they will charge your card and ship out items without you permission. When calling them and asking for a refund they told me because the order was sent to a distribution center they can't cancel. The order hasn't even been shipped yet. I want none of these items and they weren't even my final choices. To even speak to a supervisor I would have to fill out a form that they send to my email. I still haven't received this form either. Resolution Sought Ideally I want my money back. I want none of these products. I didn't even like the options that were listed.
