I purchased a washer, dryer and chest from Factory Furniture through Progressive Leasing Program on December 16th and minutes after leaving the store regretted the purchase. I called Progressive Leasing and they did halt the payments on their end I was informed that the store needs to cancel the lease on its end. I called the store several times to no avail. I understand that the seller may have been flustered but the process only would take seconds and it is not good business to punish the customer because you are annoyed that I changed my mind. The lease ID # is 43186608 Resolution Sought The store to cancel the lease so that Progressive can proceed to close it out in their system.
