I bought a 2021 GMC Canyon in December 30, 2022.It had a cracked Driver side headlight, they said it was a safety issue, and they would repair it. I have it stated on my contract that they would repair it if I made and appointment in 30 days, I contacted there shop before the 30 days. I've contacted them every month since then in person, they keep telling me the same thing over and over again that they will take care of it! I've spoken to the manager assistant manager and the shop manager and still the same response will take care of it!I told the manager the last time I was there in end of may I wasn't coming back. I been more than patient with them and still the same response will take care of it! Resolution Sought To replace my drivers side headlight like they promised!
