Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My Bank account was hacked and the bank froze my account for a week and a half, someone got a hold of my information, rented and apartment, my life has not been the same. I feel like I am living a nightmare, I gave them a copy of the police report and its like that does not matter. Same thing happened to me in 1984, my ex-husband got a hold of my my income tax check for $850.00, I contacted the IRS and they said I would have to file a civil suite. When I go to the bank, currency exchange they ask me for IDENTIFICATION, Something needs to be done, I have been fighting this since 2017, please help me. Resolution Sought I want my credit back, with this collection and this situation before me my credit is nothing, Please help me I am 64 years old , I am living a stressful life trying to live, when places pull my credit I have explain all over, please help me.
